My mission with this course is to show business owners how to create more freedom in their business. Since the global pandemic began, business owners have become more enmeshed in the operations resulting in more burnout and less time to craft the path forward strategically. With this course, I share tactics from corporate, entrepreneurship, and client experiences to help you quickly put your operating procedures in place. This exercise provides valuable time to assess if these tasks require owner involvement and sets you up to train another team member to take on the responsibility more quickly.
